Verified reviewI have not received my order yet after twenty days and when I sent an email to Smallable I received a reply which was a generic email without any information accusing Chronopost of the delay. This is unacceptable because I purchased the item from Smallable and they are in charge of it.

Verified reviewI am generally not someone who returns items but I need to return the items as they are not the same colour as in the photos on your website. That would be fine but I have to pay the return fee?!?! When you are selling 200euro jeans I would expect the return post to be free. It is for other companies. Makes me hesitant to order from you again.
