Verified reviewI'm trying to return the shoes that are small for me. The courier never contacts me and customer service told me first that my returned was cancelled and second that it's again ok and the courier will contact me. Still waiting and it's been 15 days since I started the return.

Thank you for the review. You bought the shoes the 20th of October at 15:01:55. We dont work weekends so we shippedd the shoes on Monday 23th and you got the shoes the 26th, so there was a delay of one day due to an issue on the shipping address. On the other way, if the shoes are coming out please send an email so we can check with design as we have reviewed our email and we dont have any email from your side. Thank you!
