The site works OK & I knew the product was coming from mainland Europe to the UK, so delivery wouldn't be that quick, but the product was good value for money. It arrived within a few days, so far so good, unfortunately that's where the good ends!
The issues:
1. The product was delivered missing several components, meaning it couldn't be used unless they supplied the missing nuts & bolts.
2. I tried to use the return form on the website, but it did not work properly, a mandatory field that looks like it should pull the product order data through was blank, this could not be typed in either, I cleared my cache & tried 3 different browsers, all had the same issues. This meant it was impossible to submit a return request.
3. I didn't have the time to ring, so contacted using the help/support form, this produced a support email auto response, at that point I emailed & explained the problem in detail with photos showing the missing parts. I heard nothing for 3 days, although it was the weekend.
4. On the Monday they emailed asking what i wanted to do, I replied explaining that I'd already given 2 options; either replace the product, or send the parts. They said that someone would get in touch with me, they never did.
5. I received an email from TNT saying my old product would be collected via TNT & to follow their return instructions & print forms, no email from Quirumed to see if I'd be in to handle the return, to explain what was happening etc. I sent them an email, I've never had a response.
6. I got an text and email from TNT saying that a new one would be delivered a few days later, again nothing from Quiramed...
7. The product never turned up, I chased TNT as Quiramed don't respond, and they said it was delayed in transit & that it would come the following week & that Quiramed would contact me, they never did.
8. The product arrived 4 days late, over 2 weeks after I'd ordered it, it's not as well finished as the original, but it works... I've still never had any other contact from Quiramed.
The reviews on the website are good, however, if you look at the Google reviews, they're abysmal, saying their customer service is a joke. I ordered in a hurry & didn't check these, but my advice is steer clear, as the customer service is a joke...

We apologise for the problems you have had. The explain the chair was missing 2 screws and bolts in order top put it together for which we apologise as these boxes come stright from the manufactuers and so it looks like they have not included them by accident. You informed us on the friday 10th and we got back on the monday once it was clear waht your problem was. We organise the collection with TNT on the same day the 13th who sent an email to collect this item from you. We then sent a new chair to you on the 14th. From here it would normally arrive in 4 days however, there was a delay in transit.
We apologise for the communication issue however, there was an internal error with your enquiry assigned and we never read saw the messages incoming however, we believe that the actual handling of the problem once we realise the manufacturing error was processed quickly and we sent a new item to you at the earliesty opportunity.
Again apologise for the problems you have had

Your apologies ring hollow, the customer has to do all the leg work and work out what is happening at every stage, as you send no messages or updates as to what is going on. There is no offer of any options or checking customers will be in for collections, or attempts to put things right, you do what you like and then offer pointless apologies blaming suppliers, couriers, IT systems etc. I've wasted lots of time and effort on this, with no help or compensation, your own returns website page does not even work, it took over an hour to even contact you as you don't answer the phone either, your systems and aftercare are comedic!
Reading other customers reviews on Google it's clear that this is the standard of care you offer for all customer purchases, you need to take ownership and deal with all your problems whatever the cause, presently you just pass the buck and ignore customers. My advice to prospective purchasers if you want a quality product delivered and supported is is to AVOID QUIRUMED...
well packaged, fast delivery. emails sent to confirm purchase and delivery. delivery driver left it in the back garden, which was a bit of a headache as my back door doesnt open, so i had to shuffle it all the way around the side of the house alone and into the hallway. but he wasnt to know. i only wish hed have called as i was next door but one at my friends house!
