Verified reviewThey took my money, then after waiting for a couple of weeks the product was lost in transit, and then they made me chase them multiple times and then fill out a form to get a refund. Person on the phone was lovely, but the overall experience was dreadful.

Verified reviewHard work. I tried to order board amd bindings as it was an offer. System kicked me oht and accidentally reordered only board. Emails back and forth none stop while offer still on. They wouldnt honour deal, even had the cheek to tell me the lrice would be nore for bindings than advertised on their site . Will be buying the rest of my equipment elsewhere. Very hard “customer service” to deal with.

We received your email relating to this on 5 December two days after your parcel had been dispatched. However, due to the high volume of orders between Black Friday and Christmas, we did not process your request until 10 December when we responded asking for confirmation that you had received your parcel on 7 December as indicated in the tracking link. The weeks between Black Friday and the end of January are our busiest period and the phone lines were often overloaded and email response times are longer than usual. We also understand that EVRi did not honour several dates for the collection of your return parcel, which is of course unnacceptable. We have ceased our collaboration with EVRi and have now switched to Parcelforce/Royal Mail for a more reliable service. We did finally receive your return and you were refunded accordingly.
