Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We are extremely sorry that your parcel was lost by the carrier. We contacted Evri following your email on 28 January and your order was refunded on 5 February. Verified reviewThis is a terrible service, I regret I trusted this company. I ordered the whole ski touring equipment that meant to be delivered 2 weeks ago. Instead there is no update on the delivery from Evri at all. This is an absolute joke. I will probably cancel the order.

Your order was dispatched on 10 January and was unfortunately lost by the carrier. We launched an investigation but sadly the carrier EVRi was unable to locate your parcel. You received a full refund on 31 January.
