My only issue was a Glissshop emptoyee assured me on the phone that delivery would be delayed a few days until I returned to the UK from holiday. When I returned the products were outside my house and could easily have been stolen.

Verified reviewInitially service was good. 2 pairs of ski boots arrived in good time for a fair price. However, the return has turned into a nightmare. Returned items 5 weeks ago. Still showing on EVRI as in progress. I am still awaiting my refund. UK help line doesn't connect and no one at Glisshop is answering my emails.
