Verified reviewInitially service was good. 2 pairs of ski boots arrived in good time for a fair price. However, the return has turned into a nightmare. Returned items 5 weeks ago. Still showing on EVRI as in progress. I am still awaiting my refund. UK help line doesn't connect and no one at Glisshop is answering my emails.

Verified reviewVery disappointed again with the transit time, why have a delivery date advised when you place an order only for it to be miles off, this is the 2nd time I've had delayed deliveries, will not be using again unfortunately.

The parcel was delayed in transit due to a force majeure event (such as severe weather or airport closure) over which we unfortunately had no control. Verified review1/2 the order came then had a week trying to track the board down with no response from delivery company After a week of trying with delivery company and Glisshop I said to cancel the order as we are going on the ski trip that the board was ment to be hear for my son Told delivery people dates of holiday and glisshop dates , Apparently now they are saying board was left out on a main road with no one that’s signed for it !! There’s no sign of the board , I’m currently waiting for a refund It’s more the delivery company than glisshop But I’m the one that’s paid for a product that never came

The carrier should not have left the parcel unattended and unsigned for, and we understand your frustration. We have since ceased our collaboration with EVRi and now use Royal Mail and Parcelforce to guarantee a more reliable delivery. Please note that the board was fully refunded on 20 January. Verified reviewI returned my parcel using Evri (your nominated courier) on 21.11.24. Since then I have numerous conversations with Glisshop, Evri and GFC your UK warehouse. I have confirmation from Evri that the parcel has been delivered to your GFC warehouse, but not returned to Glisshop. Thus far this return is in its 9th week, with me having a very large PayPal amount outstanding. I have spent hours getting paperwork from Evri, GFC, and spoken with 4 people from Glisshop (and correspondence) since the 21/11/24. I have received help from GFC and Evri, but nothing tangible from Glisshop HQ. I can't understand why your HQ can't speak with GFC and get some resolution. A very unhappy customer that just followed the procedure from Evri, when they emailed the day after I received the package to say 'if I wanted to return, this is what I do'. Please help to resolve this outstanding refund.

Unfortunately you did not follow the return procedure which involves making a return request online in your customer account and using the return delivery label we provide. We understand that the message you received from EVRi may have been misleading, and we appreciate that this was not your fault. However, as you sent the parcel back using your own label, your parcel was not identified as being a return to our company. I appreciate you leaving this feedback. The message from Evri was confusing as it came the day after my jacket was delivered saying "if you want to return, Evri can do this for you". Be assured, to avoid a lengthy delay, I would have used you at Glissop first. I would suggest that Evri change their words to meet your needs. My refund has now been received.
