    English translation on website very poor. Shipping was quick but poorly packed. Stickers on board left marks on the board that will take a while before they wear down (underside of board).

    Absolutely first class customer service and purchasing experience. Purchasing skis from France having never done so before I was somewhat apprehensive regarding customs fees, delivery times etc but everything was so straightforward. No additional customs fees and everything was so simple. Highly recommended.

    The sunglasses received were not as advertised. I received a Spectron 3 lens, not the Spectron 3 CF. I pointed this out, requesting an RMA, using their online form. I have heard nothing since.
