  The order took 30 min to be prepared by only one chef who was very slow. I was not told about the delay only after having paid. The quality was also lower than usual. I would have expected a gesture after this waiting time but nothing was offered.

  Very disappointed with the experience. The order was scheduled for 21.00 to 21.15. We called the Brighton shop (01273 284188) like 10 times. The order finally arrived at 22.15, when we were already in bed. I want my money back, because the experience was awful. I would never ever recommend this place.

  The order online was keep showing “in preparation” so as it passed expected time I decided to go to shop and check. The order was ready but online status was not updated. Also, when I walked in the shop I had to wait until till lady will finish chatting with other customer. Ginger and wasabi sauce was missing in the bag (I have requested it when I placed the order). Sushi was good, the only negative comment this time-rice were not prepared correctly as every peace was falling apart. Usually I am happy with the order but this time slightly disappointed.

  Lovely food. The only negative feedback is that items are not labelled for food allergies e.g. gluten free on the online/app menu, so I am not able to use the app to order in advance instead having to come into the store to order and check items are GF.

  The order came 30-40min after the estimated time, upon calling the restaurant I was told it was due to a fault on the website. If I knew the delivery time would be so long (over 1h 30min) I would have not ordered. The dishes were not bad, but mostly average. The poke bowl had a lot of rice in comparison to other ingredients, and sushi wasn’t evenly filled. Would not order again, nor recommend to a friend.

  Not very happy with your non-sushi dishes. Second time trying them. Duck ramen - had 4 thin slices of duck for £14? That is daylight robbery. The chicken katsu portion was fine but the chicken katsu was soggy and looked undercooked?

  Overall great food and service. The sushi and rolls are all packaged very nicely with clear heating instructions for those items that needed it. The yakisoba was a bit bland and I was hoping for more veggies so I won’t be getting that again. Signature rolls were yummy. I like that they reward you for doing pickup orders.

  yaki soba wasn't available. Haven't had a refund as promised yet. French roll rice was hard and stale and didn't have the fig jam or pecans as advertised. Emailed them to raise this issue. No response so far.

  It was 35-45 mins late, it wasn’t easy to reach anyone to check what was going on. The Katsu curry was ok, not as good as other places. The sushi was average. Strange budget style tuna mayo and cream cheese additions but still reasonably high prices. We will go back to our previous restaurants.
