It wasn’t a complaint as such, just feedback as it will stop me including your website in future searches. I don’t mind paying to return something but £11 return fee for a £20 underlayer feels pointless - not your fault as such, I should have checked the policy before ordering

Verified reviewWas a little dubious at first due to bad reviews to use trekkinn however, I originally ordered some trainers which I ordered in the wrong size and only noticed once I received my confirmation email. I cancelled this order and re ordered in the correct size now worrying about getting my money back . The money for the cancelled order was returned within 5 days as advised and the new order arrived earlier than expected. I received emails and updates throughout the process and personally can't complain or find fualt with My experience of using trekkinn. Will use them again

Unfortunately I did not take into account that I should always order one size bigger for Salomon (wide feet!) so I had to send them back, return was easy, although it did cost me £11!! Confirmation of receipt came through within 48 hours. I then purchased the correct size, they came within 7 days and fit perfectly! I am a very happy customer. I will be using TrekkInn again!
