Verified reviewReally bad experience - we ordered giving ourselves 7 days to receive the item for a holiday, as it said delivery was within 5 days. There was no hope looking at their timings of it ever arriving in time so we are on holiday without our items. Very disappointing!

After paying a lot for delivery and waiting ages for it to come, I sent it back which I had to pay another 11pound to return it! Now weeks and weeks later still no refund absolute robbery!
