Verified reviewDespite return information included in the confirmation email (and mentioned on the website) the returns link takes you to a page which states that returns from the UK aren't available. It's intentionally misleading, and I would have thought illegal. You are likely left with a item of clothing that you can do nothing about other than give to charity. Time and money wasted. I would rate lower if I could.

Hi Daniel. Thank you for your email and sorry that you didnt read properly. On the email just says that If once you get the package you are not satisfied with it, you can manage the return of the same through our website or in the following link. The link takes to the page where it give you the information that you can ship the package on your own but not for free as we dont have FREE returns option. It is really clear on the terms and conditions and when on the website there is NO place where you can read that we offer that. So you could also ask before buying if we do have free returns option. Thank you

Yes as I mentioned, the email contains a link. And when clicking on this link you are taken to the returns page on your website which says - 'We do not accept returns or exchanges from UK.' It DOES NOT say on this page that you accept returns on the condition that the customer pays. I would happily pay for the postage, but if I get the customs tax wrong and leave an amount unpaid, then I will lose the item and have wasted even more money.

Hi Kate. We didnt allow you to request the return as in UK we dont offer free returns so that is why you are leaving this review, which is quite unfair as it is clearly stated. If you didnt read it before purchasing is not on our hand. Thank you!

Your statement is clearly untrue, I have a screenshot taken from phone, that states in your terms/conditions section of UK webpage stating that you do offer free returns. I did notice that some of your other webpages available do state there is no free returns in UK,. How is the customer supposed to know which one is accurate? If you state you do free returns which some webpages say you do then you are obliged to meet that obligation.

Sorry but it is not untrue. We sent also the screenshot highlighting the quote and you didnt read it completely. You just read the first quote and then you told us that you were not going to read the full page... We dont offer free returns on the Italian islands, UK and USA and this is really clear on the website. We told you that you can send the package on your own and we will refund the order. A customer should not have to read past the first statement which is untrue, inorder to find more reliable information further down the page! It is ridiculous and misleading!
