    The delivery experience was terrifying and resulted in me calling the police on the driver. The driver was abusive, repeatedly accused me of providing the wrong address, said he wouldn't come from where he was to my address. I called the shop to have them prepare a new meal and send with a new driver. The original driver then turned up to my address and provided the original order. When he realized the order had been cancelled he began screaming at me and running towards my front door. When I shut it and told him to leave and stop harassing me he began banging on the door and screaming. It's at this point I called the police. I've never experienced any thing like this. You need to report him to the delivery company. He is abusive and threatening. The food was delicious and I love Sushi Shop. I will continue shopping with you but the delivery experience was terrifying. It's left me feeling unsafe in my own home.

    Sushis were good but not as good as thzy used to be. The squid salad is my favorite but sis not order it as it is xtremely expensive for a ridiculously small portion. Also the shop has a hygene rating of 4 which is quite concerning for a sushi place. Overall sushi shop is still my favorite place to order sushi

    Happy with the order however I’ve specifically requested to exclude all but extra (free) wasabi and the order came with all the condiments regardless of my request. If all condiments come with the order anyway then there is no point to ask us for options. Not everyone wants extra chopsticks or soy sauce in plastic tub for environmental reasons

    Few sushi were a bit small and/or not very well done (visually speaking) but the taste was still really nice! Although, every-time I'm ordering, I'm leaving a comment regarding the sauce, asking to have only teriyaki sauce and not soja ones (always paying extra to have more teriyaki sauce) but I'm always ending with a lot of soja sauce. I will suggest to read the comments whenever there is some. But Sushi shop still my favorite sushi restaurant thank to your unique recipes (big plus for the cream cheese in the sushi!).

    Very loud music in the shop. Messy counter, including open pack of the chips the cashier was eating. Sushi is not up to the standard they used to be. The California dream box sushi were stick to each other and was extremely difficult to separate them and don't break. Some of the rolls were half of the size of others, the same type. Really disappointed. It doesn't look like upmarket sushi shop any more. A lot of places offer better sushi cheaper

    I Placed my order early and the confirmation email said it would be available to collect at 11.15am. However when I arrived at the Richmond store the sign on the door said it wasn’t open until 12pm. Luckily the staff were inside and offered to make up the order for me. The website said the store opened at 11am but in fact it didn’t open until 12pm. Please update your website asap.

    Your food is always amazing a bit pricey but its worth it. However yesterday on collecting my order the greeting that I got was far from the normal that I receive in there. The young girl had a very sour face, wasn't very welcoming and when I checked to see if she had put in my extra sweet sauce that I had paid for she hadn't. When I kindly said it was missing, her face said it all. I thought I had paid for 2 extra but she sighed and pointed to the receipt where it stated I indeed had only paid for 1 extra. Her attitude wasn't very friendly at all... and it has put me off slightly from going into the store for a bit.

    The woman in the store is very rude. It is never pleasurable speaking to her on the phone for our order or picking up in store. The happy sushi box was quite good but our additional products disappointed. The mochi were frostbitten, the french touch was poorly assembled and falling apart as well as there was no fig jam in the roll. Additionally, we asked for "everything" when she asked if we wanted soy, wasabi, etc... but we got home and were disappointed that there was no sweet soy. We expected this to be included with everything else as it usually is.

    The ordering process and delivery where fine. But I did not receive the correct order. After I placed my order I received a call to inform my the crunchy veg salad was not available. I substituted edamame. When I received my order I didn’t have the chicken katsu Sando. I called to say it was missing and the same lady said yes she forgot to tell me the sando was not available. An important miss. So you called to tell me the salad wasn’t available but forgot to tell me the main sando was not as well? Not happy because I would have cancelled the entire order. A refund is processing (I hope) and she said it will take a couple of days.

    I’m a regular customer and My Sushi shop is great. I’d been considering this box for a while. I didn’t like any of it at all. I also hadn’t ordered mocho for a while, used to come as a pit of fresh mocho. There were individually wrapped very poor quality mocho.
