    The Philadelphia rolls were mostly rice: barely no salmon around and the small amount there was was super this, tiny amount of Philadelphia cheese, and the rolls looked like they had been thrown on the floor. This happens far too regularly and I always refrained to write a review but this is one time too many. The salmon aburi roll was very dry, did they run out of Philadelphia and fresh rice? And the Fresh maki is supposed to be with yellow tail and basil: there was no basil and they put tuna instead! The quality was unacceptable and I said this is far too regular with this shop. If you ran out of ingredients then don't accept orders instead of delivering clients your leftovers!

    Not at all satisfied. The atmosphere inside the shop is not nice at all, as the paper menus are gone so everyone is standing around trying to understand the options on mobile phones. This is totally unnecessary and makes the experience of ordering very clinical and unpleasant. The food itself was watery, it was clear it had been prepared either in a hurry, or without much care, or both. I have been a customer of SS every since you first opened in London. Since then I have noticed the brand experience losing its touch and magic. Many customers were saying similar things when they were sitting at the tables outside. It seems you are prioritising style over substance. It is a great shame but I don't think i'll bother to visit your shops anymore.

    Unfortunately there were a few issues with our order. The miso soul had leaked into the bags they were placed In. The vegetable gyoza were actually chicken. And the spring rolls were just salmon and cucumber sushi. The food was all as good as it always is, but we were disappointed by the overall presentation.

    Excellent sushi quality and super-prompt delivery. The edamame beans are fresher than the ones offered in some of the most expensive London restaurants. The shop manager even phoned me to ask for my preferred substitute when one of the fresh fish options was unavailable. She was friendly and polite. Five stars all round.

    Your web site is amongst the worst I have ever used. It freezes when you adjust numbers of wasabi, ginger, chopsticks etc. It also gives error messages in French when it crashes at other times. You need to change the web site operator.
