    The delivery driver was only given the name of my road to deliver to. This has happened before and it delays the delivery. Also the app doesn't allow you to completely remove an item, such as ginger which I don't eat, and chopsticks which I have at home.

    We had a wonderful Sushi Shop experience from the moment we stepped in the store to our last bite at home. The server (why do I never ask their name...) was brilliant, the right blend of friendly and efficient, while the Happy Sushi Box and Rock n Roll delivered on all levels.     I have been ordering from Sushi Shop for years and I have always been delighted. Unfortunately though, yesterday’s order was somewhat disappointing. The portions were considerably smaller and the rice wasn’t cooked well enough. Sadly I’m not sure we will be ordering that frequently, but hope that our next order will be as good as it used to be!

    I have to say that last 2 times when I had my orders, the presentation was very poor. Im not saying that the taste was wrong but everything was falling apart and surely very far of the look which I see on the website, I'm sorry but if you are the best - you have to maintain the same level all the time.

    The food was delicious but customer service leaves to desire... Not a welcoming smile, just an exasperated face every time... When you've had a long hard day and want to treat yourself to some luxurious items, a smile and a friendly face can go a long way... Not sure I'll come back because of that... You are made to feel like you are annoying, you need to repeat things and now I need to check my bag every time, which I never used to do, to check if the sauces, wasabi and ginger were there as on several occasions in the past they weren't there and caused a huge disappointement to the family and guests.

    Half of my order was missing at delivery, though the delivery person came back with the other half promptly. When ordering, there is an option for chopsticks, wasabi etc. I had asked for not chopsticks as I have too many at home and don't want to keep throwing them away as it is unnecessary waste, and I opted out of wasabi and ginger which I don't like and again otherwise throw away, yet I wad given two of each. If nobody reads it, why give the option. Prices for skewers are extremely high, and it would be nice to have mixed menus that match those at sushi restaurants in France since Sushi Shop comes from Paris. (And many of us Frenchies would like to find similar menus to those in France)

    The BEST sushi!!! I have tried all out there and the Sushi shop is on the top!!! Best food, great customer service! Staff are amazing!!! My fave is the Notting Hill branch. Tx to Nadir for his consistency and highest level of customer service!

    Your staff could be more friendly, much more friendly. I often find they are more preoccupied with chatting with each other than serving customers, and when they do serve, they make you feel as you’ve inconvenienced them with your presence.

    I am satisfied with the food etc. But you should fix the app because when we pay, we are redirected to a certain number of pages (security bank systems) and then back on the app but there is no confirmation of payment whatsoever which is worrying because unless we go back to the home page of the app (meaning pressing "back" on payments and order pages), we don't know if the order went through...

    Smaller size but more selection of rolls but otherwise fresh and tasty. However the experience at the shop was bad. The staff member who served me was rude, and unwelcoming. The music was blaring and they wouldn’t turn it down but insisted on asking my phone number 4 times to get it right. They were talking wit their back to me and gave me 1 wasabi, and 1 ginger because I asked to repeat what they were asking me. The staff needs to be trained. I singe out this person as everyone else has been friendly.

    Last time I got offered free soup or rice, but not this time. Also wasn't told there were no chopsticks in bag so had to go back. Business was slow, but nobody on counter on arrival, but two staff members in earnest conversation in window ignored me until I came back for chopsticks (which were behind them). Sushi very good, pricey but good selections.

    The Website experience is atrocious: it's like a college project. Elements of the process simply do not work (I made several unsuccessful attempts to register my credit card; error messages appear in code, or in French (on the English language site), and there are typos throughout the site. Customer service failed to respond to contact.

    The sushi was packed to tightly together causing issue when trying to get it out of the carton - causing pieces of roll to fall apart. We've been ordering the Chili crab spring roll for the past three orders and to date have always found pieces of crab shell in pretty much every roll.

    I was extremely dissatisfied. The delivery guy called me once the delivery was already delayed, to tell me that he didn't ave an address even though this had been attached to his order. He also complained that he didn't have a place to put his bike. He then returned the food to the shop, and I asked for a refund. They decided to send out the food again with another guy who again called for me to explain that the main entrance is on the address I provided. I was also told they were not responsible for the delivery of the food. Hence, I can only assume that they are falsely marketing their delivery service online. I.e. don't get it if you want to eat. The food was now 2 hrs delayed and I received the wrong items. It did not look at all as on the website and it's extremely unpredictable as to what you will get from mysushishop these days. It's really on the level of a grocery store sushi selection. The poke bowl was completely inedible. I have been ordering from mysushishop over the past couple of years, but this experience took the prize and I'll have to find a new sushi place.

    Excellent with the product. Only issue I have is on the wait time and lack of clarity. I did order for pickup. Got on the app that my order would be available for pickup at 19:15. At that time, I was at the shop. They told me "7 to 10 min more, please wait outside". The order wasnt ready before 19:40. AND the worse in all this is that the app isnt updated with actual delivery times. In other words, your customers have no other option than to wait at the store or close to the store because they dont know when their order will be ready. At 21:00 my order was still "in preparation, ready for 19:15" in the app!

    The rice didn't taste fresh in our sushi. It was a bit crunchy and not sticky like we expect sushi rice to be. Also the quality of the tempura in the fire roll wasn't very good. Tasted like frozen fish, not fresh. Prompt and friendly delivery though!
