Your web site is amongst the worst I have ever used. It freezes when you adjust numbers of wasabi, ginger, chopsticks etc. It also gives error messages in French when it crashes at other times. You need to change the web site operator.

As ever, your rolls were delicious but on this delivery the miso soup was super watery and the seaweed salad had gone off and was inedible. On my previous orders these items have been great so not sure what went wrong tonight. Also, just a small exasperation - you never pay any attention at all to the ‘extras’ order! You’re happy to take money for extra soy and wasabi but never honour it - so disappointing when it doesn’t arrive and I get teriyaki thrown in. I always request no chopsticks yet every time they arrive. Just a small thing, a smidge annoying but hopefully really easy to recify!

I am a regular customer of Sushi Shop. I have always enjoyed the quality of the food and the service. This time, one item was missing from my order. I called the shop and got a very cold response along the lines of "credit to your account or send your missing item later today". I was very disappointed. I understand people are busy but that is not a way to deal with regular clients. I will not return to Sushi Shop.

I am a very big fan of sushi and I think the sushi shop offers wonderful variety and high-quality sushi. I could not recommend it enough. Will always order from them. The buying experience was wonderful and delivery time was anticipated by 30 min so I cannot complain.

Fairly satisfied simply because I had placed order online and then had to call to inform the store to inform about what time my order will be collected; the person who answered the call at 10 Old Brompton Road took ever so long to find my order and I started panicking thinking oh no I just paid £40.00 and no sign of my order in store!!!!! Anyway, coming to my order feedback; we would prefer if you could provide more sachets of wasabi and soya sauce for a 42 pieces platter. Yesterday I ordered two of 42 pieces (Happy Sushi Box) and only two tiny wasabi sachets were packed with them. Come on we get the same amount with of condiments with the smallest orders.

If you're looking for top quality sushi, this is the place to go. Take-away packing was good, and even survived my cycle ride home -- the order was made on time for pickup. Food is always delicious with Sushishop, made better by the discount code. The only qualm is the app is buggy and doesn't let me login. The web interface is better, but works only on desktops and not great on the phone mobile browser.

My order was delivered 1h30 later than it was stated. The driver didn’t have my full address and blamed on me that I didn’t put it correctly while I put everything even the floor level! I would like to point your attention to that case and take actions! Thanks - btw the food was great as usual.
