The delivery was quick, but the sushi was not really edible. I took a few bites of everything and did not enjoy any of it. The rice was hard and the fish and other ingredients tasted old. It was worse than buying grocery store sushi.

Half of the times I eat at sushi shop, the avocado is so under ripe that I throw it out. I would choose any other sushi place if there was another option close to my house.

The order, order process, admin side is perfect. I just wasn't too impressed with the sushi. Cooked tuna sushi rolls, definitely a no no and the actual salmon on my Teriyaki salmon sushi was either cooked, dry or had cured from being made so long ago. Some of the rolls fell apart.felt like I'd bough a cheap box of sushi from the supermarket.

The maki are usually good but this time, there was almost no cream cheese and one out of two was smaller than usual with salmon only on half side, i.e not wrapping the rice

Few sushi were a bit small and/or not very well done (visually speaking) but the taste was still really nice! Although, every-time I'm ordering, I'm leaving a comment regarding the sauce, asking to have only teriyaki sauce and not soja ones (always paying extra to have more teriyaki sauce) but I'm always ending with a lot of soja sauce. I will suggest to read the comments whenever there is some. But Sushi shop still my favorite sushi restaurant thank to your unique recipes (big plus for the cream cheese in the sushi!).

It was good as always but I noticed this time that the spring rolls were not as filled as usual (less cucumber, cheese etc.) so it’s disappointing.
