    Whilst the new packaging doesn't look so luxe (but still very well presented) its certainly more eco-friendly and great that you can easily re-cycle. Went for the 'make your own box to share' which is a great idea.

    I received a notification on my phone about the Happy Box deal. We also ordered an extra box. I was then told on the phone it was "collection only". This was not clear on my phone message at all. I had to borrow a car to pick up my order and the road works in Richmond meant the whole journey to pick up the food was over half an hour. The lady in the shop didn't seem particularly sorry for this, when I told her, didn't smile a welcome and didn't make me feel your company cares. There are a lot of other Sushi places who do better.

    Order didn't go through. Had to go to store to order. Was told by the staff that Salmon tatami wasn't available. Staff could have been a bit welcoming and a lot more apologetic. It almost seemed as if my custom was unwanted.
