Extremely satisfied, the team at the Richmond store is amazing and they always give us a perfect service. The food is always great as well and really tasty. It will be perfect if they could have gluten free soya sauce please.

Quite pricey and the quality was not great. Sushi rice was really dry, salmon was very tough. I’ve eaten here before, and the food was decent, but on this occasion not impressed.

Not satisfied. The salad wasn't in stock and we asked for making instead. This was £2 more than the salad and refused to replace even though its their mistake and we were spending £70 on the order. The order was also 30 minutes late and the miso soup had broken at the bottom so leaked everywhere.
