Verified reviewI Placed my order early and the confirmation email said it would be available to collect at 11.15am. However when I arrived at the Richmond store the sign on the door said it wasn’t open until 12pm. Luckily the staff were inside and offered to make up the order for me. The website said the store opened at 11am but in fact it didn’t open until 12pm. Please update your website asap.
