Verified reviewThe delivery driver was only given the name of my road to deliver to. This has happened before and it delays the delivery. Also the app doesn't allow you to completely remove an item, such as ginger which I don't eat, and chopsticks which I have at home.

Verified reviewAs always... Sushishop has really good quality sushi, but WHY on earth do you have to mess every orders all the time? I don't remember having placed an order in the past that had exactly what I wanted... you always either forget things or put the wrong items, which is extremely annoying. And obviously, the contact/request form on your website is pointless because you only care whenever we give you a bad review. Anyway, food is good, but the orders are always wrong... it doesn't harm to double check everything you know?

The server (why do I never ask their name...) was brilliant, the right blend of friendly and efficient, while the Happy Sushi Box and Rock n Roll delivered on all levels. Verified reviewThe quality of the sushi is ce tu irregular. It’s been a few times we order the Rock’s Roll and every time there is something missing or different, on our last order we didn’t have the sauce nor the crisp on top. The quality of the rice has also been irregular. We love sushi shop but have been ce tu disappointed with our last orders...

Verified reviewI have been ordering from Sushi Shop for years and I have always been delighted. Unfortunately though, yesterday’s order was somewhat disappointing. The portions were considerably smaller and the rice wasn’t cooked well enough. Sadly I’m not sure we will be ordering that frequently, but hope that our next order will be as good as it used to be!

Verified reviewthe Happy sushi box is not up to the standard of the rest of your offer. Also there was a girl at the till busy talking to her colleague, didn't ask me for my number and didn't apply the discount.
