  I am regular customer and rate the sushi highly. But it was the second time in the recent past that the delivery was completely messed up. We ended up getting our food about 1.5hours after if was promised (last time we stopped waiting eventually).

  Very satisfied. The signature box especially was delicious, over my expectations. It's my third order and the sushi are on restaurant level. Pity it is not possible to eat in but just order or collect ! The delivery arrived in time even if on all the maps they suggest to come in through a gate that is closed. I have always to put in our deliveries instructions but they are still directed to the wrong place.

  Hello, I ordered for 9.30 pm and the food was delivered at 8.10 pm. Do you even read the instructions? It is not the first time that happens. The miso soup was cold when we started eating.

  Few sushi were a bit small and/or not very well done (visually speaking) but the taste was still really nice! Although, every-time I'm ordering, I'm leaving a comment regarding the sauce, asking to have only teriyaki sauce and not soja ones (always paying extra to have more teriyaki sauce) but I'm always ending with a lot of soja sauce. I will suggest to read the comments whenever there is some. But Sushi shop still my favorite sushi restaurant thank to your unique recipes (big plus for the cream cheese in the sushi!).

  Happy with the order however I’ve specifically requested to exclude all but extra (free) wasabi and the order came with all the condiments regardless of my request. If all condiments come with the order anyway then there is no point to ask us for options. Not everyone wants extra chopsticks or soy sauce in plastic tub for environmental reasons

  the poke bowl contents change each week, sometimes there is a white sauce under the salmon but not today, also there was no rocket and less salad/vegetables. At this cost the contents of the bowl are not reliable enough

  Excellent sushi quality and super-prompt delivery. The edamame beans are fresher than the ones offered in some of the most expensive London restaurants. The shop manager even phoned me to ask for my preferred substitute when one of the fresh fish options was unavailable. She was friendly and polite. Five stars all round.

  Wasn't happy at all, the salad was not good at all the Tempura dragon as well and the salmon lover was so so! I also found a piece of green string in the salad which was awful I was home if not I would have definable gone back to the shop to complain really disappointing experience

  I'm very satisfied with your products and your service overall, which is why I go to your restaurant usually once or twice a week and why I recommend it to all my friends and patients who come to my clinic. Having said that, I'd just like to say that the Marinated chirashi has been quite low on rice for the past few weeks which is a shame. If you could please look into that, I'd very much appreciate it. Thanks guys and keep up the good work!

  I was very disappointed with the food; the rice was dry which means that the sushi were not freshly made and that my order stayed in a refrigerated environment for too long. The rolls filled with too much cream cheese were absolutely disgusting.

  Pretty to very satisfied. Ordering from your website was disappoointing, because after the laborious process of choosing, my Mastercard was rejected. It has never been rejected, and is faultlessly in credit. So I had to telephone, where your representative found my name and I ran through the order with him. My Mastercard went through without problem. However, we enjoyed the meal very much.

  I've always liked the chef special sushi boxes and was looking forward to try this one as well. But it was really underwhelming, the flavours were quite strange and did not balance well. There wasn't a single item in the box that I would like to reorder again. The beef was particularly bad: it was too raw and unchewable, I had to spit it out.

  Service quality is getting worse: I ordered 2 beef/cheese yakitori and was given one beef and one chicken Tsukune instead. Beef was missing the Teriaki sauce and the tsukune was completely dry and tastless. Pacific roll: 2 pieces where correct the other 4 were normal salmon/avocado roll. It’s only 50p difference but still that should not happen. The big salmon sashimi: some slices were thin some where medium. I would expect for that price that they are all medium size.

  Easy to use website and tasty weekend sushi - have always been a fan of the creativity behind your sushi. I only wish you would have a better app and potentially try and accept Amex like any other normal merchant! There seems to be some bugs where some of the updates etc are in French...

  very unique and interesting sushi that is prepared by sushishop, always pleasantly surprised by the seasonal creations. the only criticism for this time is that the sakura mochi tasted slightly artificial, the black sesami mochi was great, and the satay sushi (seasonal) absolutely stunning. delivery on time as usual, will definitely come back again

  The food is fine. Your app however is really really poor. Fails at checkout repeatedly, has text in French even if you choose English, etc. Difficult to understand how you can have such a poor app experience when there are so many good examples out there. Then when I ordered through your website instead, there was no confirmation email till the next day...
