  Staff welcoming, place tidy and clean. Staff went extra mile for me. Sushi well presented, packaging looked awesome. Had one Veggie Box (best vegetarian sushi never had) Chicken Gyoza and another two mixed boxes of sushi. Presentation looked great. The only thing I find a cons is the portions. (Yes, lots of sushi but quite small) But honestly, very very positive experience. 9.5 out of 10

  I love sushi shop. I’ve been a customer of your shop in Avenue Louise in Brussels when it opened years ago and continue to be a loyal customer since then. I must emphasise that the customer service in the London shops is so much better than the customer service in Avenue Louise or in Gar du Midi in Brussels where I often pass when I travel via Eurostar.

  Overall, very good. The Yellowtail has been out of stock for a while and they did call to tell me after I had ordered. Would make more sense to take it off the website, so people do not order something that is out of stoc

  The overall ambiance in the store is one of rushed. The staff don’t appear to be very focused, constant orders coming in from apps & Deliveroo etc. No greeting, just quick query about what we wanted. Since the paper menus were removed the process of selecting menu items is clinical. There is no visual stimulation as it’s not possible to see what each item is, as before. The feeling is the business has become clinical and lost its passion for food. Much like a conveyor belt. Also the portions have decreased in size. Very sad.

  Very loud music in the shop. Messy counter, including open pack of the chips the cashier was eating. Sushi is not up to the standard they used to be. The California dream box sushi were stick to each other and was extremely difficult to separate them and don't break. Some of the rolls were half of the size of others, the same type. Really disappointed. It doesn't look like upmarket sushi shop any more. A lot of places offer better sushi cheaper

  Not at all satisfied. The atmosphere inside the shop is not nice at all, as the paper menus are gone so everyone is standing around trying to understand the options on mobile phones. This is totally unnecessary and makes the experience of ordering very clinical and unpleasant. The food itself was watery, it was clear it had been prepared either in a hurry, or without much care, or both. I have been a customer of SS every since you first opened in London. Since then I have noticed the brand experience losing its touch and magic. Many customers were saying similar things when they were sitting at the tables outside. It seems you are prioritising style over substance. It is a great shame but I don't think i'll bother to visit your shops anymore.

  This was available to order online despite what a Sushi Shop representative told me was a “UK shortage of yellow tail and foie gras”. So now i don’t anything to eat and have to wait 5 days for refund. Please keep your website up to date.

  I used to order from Sushi Shop in France but the quality here is not as good. They didn’t taste fresh at all, the rice was very hard, all rolls were a different size. I had ordered and paid for some extra ginger and wasabi which were never put in the bag… my husband picked up the order for me but he didn’t think to check. Will not re-order

  The quality of the sushi is ce tu irregular. It’s been a few times we order the Rock’s Roll and every time there is something missing or different, on our last order we didn’t have the sauce nor the crisp on top.   All of the rolls were presented very badly, with the ingredients on the top spilt over and squashed. Each section was cut very roughly, so it did not look even. It was clear whoever prepared the meal did so either very quickly, or without any attention to detail. Considering the high price of your meals this does not represent value for money.

  Website shows errors in french. Very difficult to order at times. For addresses that don't have a house number i had to put in a 0.. Overall not an easy platform to order food from. With every order there is less and less edamame and cabbage. Sushi great quality, keep it up.
