    Was phone order. Then system went down. Shop called. Very confusing & stressful. Food seemed fine but I had a bad stomach within 2 hours of eating.

    your website is not very user friendly. I found it very time consuming. I'm not sure why. the store did not have the mochi flavours I ordered/paid for. I think I should not have been charged.
