Verified reviewI like Sushi Shop, but experience ordering in the app was not great. I placed the order, but for 1 hour it was in status "order in preparation". I went to sushi place after 1 hour to pick up my order. I complained that the app was not updating the progress of the order, but staff told me that they do not have control over the app. It is my favorite sushi place and quality is always good.

Verified reviewthe wrong rolls were sent in part of the order and the employee who took my call questioned my complaint when she spoke to the chef who confirmed he had prepared the order correctly. I had to take a picture as proof of the error. A replacement was offered which was no use to me as we were about to have dinner and that would have implied a longer wait. I have requested a partial refund and waiting for the manager to call me about this.

Verified reviewDidn't take AMEX and wasabi was from a sachet, not fresh. Sushi was so so, nothing special. For the price point, this is extremely disappointing considering they are marketing themselves as a high-end sushi takeaway.
