Verified reviewI have been a loyal client of SushiShop since its inception in Paris where I lived at that moment. Once moved to London 5 years ago I was thrilled to discover the franchise there as well. However, lately I have noticed the quality declining rapidly. The rolls aren't rolled properly anymore, looks like it was done absentmindedly in a hurry, with rolls gaping an and filling falling out. It's been quite a few times now over the past orders where this has happened. The omelette nigiri on my last order were inedible - the omelette itself very gelatinized, not the previous consistency and honestly quite off putting. It's a shame really, as I used to love Sushi Shop and it was my go-to for a quick sushi order. However with continuous disappointments in quality, and the prices not reflecting and way above the level of product I might be forced to look elsewhere.

Verified reviewThey rwere running out of tuna but really made sure we left happy, which we did. Food was delicious. I used to dislike sushishop when we were doing delivery now that we do pick up we are never disappointed as the quality of the sushi is really good.

Verified reviewRocket was not fresh, red onions not chopped. Driver didn't look at receipt for flat number so called me. Last time driver delivered to another address so prefer to order on deliveroo as riders more efficient.
