Verified reviewHonestly the ceviche is a real rip-off, the taste is ok (not more) but the size for 20 pounds is robbery. Too small. You should change that. The rolls are always good and worth the money

Verified reviewService is average. Constantly have to remember to give my account number to register the order as it is rarely asked for. Quality is good although the value is questionable and the quality is not marketed so I can only presume the quality is not much better than cheaper alternatives. The store hygene is questionable.

Verified reviewHave been costumer for years, amd jever really had any issues, food was always tasty. Have recommended to friends etc. But I was really surprised upon opening sushi boxes this time. Sushi didnt look appealing, they were not wrapped properly, half of them had come apart. And taste wasn't as good as usually. I have been ordering from this place for the last few years, so not sure what happened this time, if new sushi chef and maybe new produce suppliers, but I didn't enjoy them this time. Not sure if will order again, unfortunately. As this was one of the best sushi places but last experience wasn't as expected

Verified reviewIt needs to be an exceptional product for the price. The product is not exceptional. You dont help yourself with having a window into a kitchen showing poorly dressed chefs hacking away at massive amounts of salmon. I love sushi, I work just by this place, I should be buying lunch here every day but the combination of high price and poor product means I don’t return often.

Verified reviewFirst of all, the Ramen and Sushi were great. However, my delivery experience was very dissapointing. I've waited for almost 2 hours to receive my order. The courier said that she received my address incorrectly, but she didn't call my number to clarify it. I've checked the receipt attached to the bag and all correct details were there. I had to call your Richmond shop to ask for my order status several times. On top of that, I didn't receive my order in full - there was no salad or mango in the bag. Thank you
