Verified reviewI found that some of the sushis were not eatable. The fish was too hard and I would have sent them back to the kitchen if I had eaten them in the shop. The sushis are not well-made and often fell into pieces. This is a below-average sushi quality, and half of the "sushis" have no fish. Nobody welcomed me in the store.

Verified reviewAlways great service at our local Northcote road store, fast efficient and very friendly. Even when they were closing one mid week night the chef ( I think) still rustled up a salmon box for me. Great staff and good product, particularly with August offer.

Verified reviewReally disappointed and not for the first time. Half my order was missing and the food was dry and not fresh, a complete rip off and utterly careless delivery. Sadly it has happened before, that parts of my order was not delivered but of course fully charged. I have been a very regular customer but I shall stop ordering from now on.

Verified reviewThe fresh stuff was good but the rest was so so. Besides the obvious rolls, there is no way to figure out what is in the rolls with different names (e.g. dragon rolls). I had to ask the staff member behind the till a few times. He wasn't that easy to deal with. This was my first sushi shop experience and not sure I will return
