The order took 30 min to be prepared by only one chef who was very slow. I was not told about the delay only after having paid. The quality was also lower than usual. I would have expected a gesture after this waiting time but nothing was offered.

The shrimp unagi was dry , the dragon roll was tasteless,please add more of the salmon and cream cheese ones , the fois gras (French touch) was spectacular
