The Marylebone store is shabby, dirty and smells bad. No amount of chic packaging is going to make up for that. I had a long wait for my sushi to be ready, despite ordering in advance, and some of the items where not available. Really poor customer service.

I'm very satisfied with your products and your service overall, which is why I go to your restaurant usually once or twice a week and why I recommend it to all my friends and patients who come to my clinic. Having said that, I'd just like to say that the Marinated chirashi has been quite low on rice for the past few weeks which is a shame. If you could please look into that, I'd very much appreciate it. Thanks guys and keep up the good work!
