    I used to order from Sushi Shop in France but the quality here is not as good. They didn’t taste fresh at all, the rice was very hard, all rolls were a different size. I had ordered and paid for some extra ginger and wasabi which were never put in the bag… my husband picked up the order for me but he didn’t think to check. Will not re-order

    The entrance to your shop is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, ie very steep ramp and difficult access from the steps. My husband nearly falls on every occasion!

    Food good but very disappointing that extra soy and wasabi is not included with each box…equally your app is in French…not much help!!! I called the notting hill branch and they did nothing to help or offer a discount on my next order.
