The App design was very user unfriendly. The delivery was shambolic. They did not provide accurate address to their uber driver. Delivery was over 45 mins late! There's no way to make contact with the shop! All in all, not a pleasant experience.

After enjoying your sushi for years I tried one of your hot dishes for the first time and though it was made 'fresh' for me, the tempura prawns were dreadful! Soggy, not friend microwaved and mostly just batter.( The noodles and veggies with them were OK.) Your sushi is excellent so why ruin your reputation and menu with poor quality hot dish? Your staff was understanding, but said other clients have said the same for years but nothing has been changed.
