  GREAT customer service. After hastily accepting skis and boots that we were not pleased with (not the grades or quality that we had pre-paid for) I returned them for a proper set of skis and boots for my skiing level and expectations of equipment. AWESONE staff!

  Great service from friendly staff. They guided me to a better choice of ski for my ability and intended type of skiing. Locker service is very reasonably priced and the shop is perfectly situated being 100m or so from the main access gondola. This is my 4th consecutive use of the Sanglard shop at Argentiere and will continue to be my choice in future. Other members of our annual group now use this shop and are on the Skimium mailing list. Highly recommended.

  Excellent. Ski's allocated and marked up when we arrived, making the experience very personal and quick. Having your name taped on the ski was a great benefit on the crowded slopes!

  Only downside was my online request was for a specific kind of ski, and that ski was not available/provided on my first day (too soft/skinny for the conditions). However, the team was incredibly helpful, and when I brought my skis back in the next day to trade in for a stiffer/wider ski, they accommodated me quickly and easily. The delivery service to the hotel was amazing as well. Really enjoyed the experience.

  Super friendly staff, definitely know what they're doing. Only slight improvement for 5 stars would be to have them spend more time with each person - particularly the beginners - to ensure the fit was perfect. Still, a great ski shop and lovely staff!

  Easy to book the ski online. Once picked up in the store, we took off and realised once we were at the top (arrival of the telecabine) that one of the ski had not been setup. Luckily someone knowledgeable enougth was able to set the ski so that they could lock into the boot. Never had this situation before where only one ski had been adjusted to weight and size in the shop. It would have been a real pain to have to go back to the store - so we were very lucky. So perhaps best to use another store next time..

  Was given a pretty poor ski to use by it appeared a fairly disinterested guy, I got the feeling he took one look at me and palmed me off with some old rubbish, he didn't even ask my weight. After 2 days I swapped the skis a different person served me with a much better attitude and the skis were great

  the ski edges are poorly sharpened, no one was interested in the length of the skis that I prefer, instead they gave me soft crap 10 cm shorter than I like.

  I booked the skis online. I found out that I could had saved money by booking directly at the store since the chalet where we stayed had a better deal with them. I paid 30Euros more then my buddies. Also, I paid for the premium skies but they did not have any of the good skies.
