  I’ve rented ski material for both me and my wife (skis, boots, helmets). The staff was super friendly, and the process was done with a lot of care to get the right set of gear. Will use this shop’s services again next year.

  The staff were very helpful, polite, diligent and efficient. The equipment, was on the whole of a very good quality. Unfortunately, having large feet, they only had two ski boot options, neither of which were comfortable and did cause me to have significant pain. As they didn't have an alternative, I had to make do. Shame because everything else was brilliant

  Was a bit shocked to have been given wet skis that had literally just been handed back. No servicing or waxing beforehand. Boots were nice but the quality of the skis were terrible. The guys were nice but they clearly don’t care for the quality of equipment being handed out and they took the lazy option.

  The equipment was old. My boots did not do up properly. My sons skis had ridges underneath that should have been waxed. Not good at all.

  Paid for top end skis, but they were at least 3 years old, top layer was badly chipped in multiple places on both skis. Skis didn’t appear to have been waxed and had multiple deep scratches. Upon returning them they then tried to blame me for the scratches! We had taken photographs before accepting them, so recommend you do the same.

  The staff weee excellent and very accommodating. However, the quality of ski gear was very poor. Ski boots were old and the padding was gone, so they were very uncomfortable. In our group of 6 three people had to change boots more than twice. In six years of renting ski gear, these were the worst I have had.

  High quality service! We booked and paid in advance for a family of 4 people. We arrived at Cyril's at 09hrs30 on Sunday morning, and left the shop by 10hrs with all our equipment ready to hit the piste! We we really happy with the standard of the equipment, the professional service, very warm welcome and the Decathalon discount! Well done Skimium!

  Long waiting time and pretty inefficient system for picking-up equipment. I have pre-filled all my measurements regarding weight, height, ski level etc., but they ask the exact same questions and take the same measurements in store.

  When we went to get our boots and skis there was only person helping in the shop and he was under pressure and really unhelpful. The boots weren't very good and he seemed unwilling to offer us any alternatives. So in the end everyone had uncomfortable boots. There was a bit of miscommunication with skis and I ended up with some all mountain skis but went back and changed them later for on-piste skis which were much better (and the person who helped me was much more helpful!)

  Old and worn out equipment. Not what we expected when we paid extra to get better equipment. We have been to Livigno many times and all times we have rented our equipment but in other shops with much newer and better equipment that you no longer cooperate with. This was the worst ever and we expect some form of compensation. It can also be added that the staff was rude and had a bad attitude. You should probably review your choice of partner.

  Very friendly and welcoming staff. Gave us advice on where the best slopes what the current weather was like at the time. The shop was immaculate, ski equipment all in very good condition. The ski's were all labeled and good to go, we just had to try the fit of the boots and then they were adjusted on the skis based on the persons weight. Fast and efficient service, we will definitely come back. You even get a very durable ski boot bag to carry the equipment back to the apartment.

  Staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem for them to help with and they were very patient with our group! We were able to fit all our equipment the evening before our booking started so we could head straight to the slopes on our first day and the return procedure was very quick and easy. Small shop but never any issues getting in and out. Straight across the road from the main lifts and most of the ski schools and meeting points. Great service!

  The opening times were not consisted with Skimmium booking form. So we were not able to collect our ski gear on the day. But day after, also we paid for premium quality equipment, but the place has nothing to offer (for example my daughters helm was 16 year old since manufacture). So all the extra money were spent for nothing.

  Easy transaction and an early ski return due to injury delat with promptly. Pick up on the day was a bit slow as there was a queue but it was the half term holidays. The final return was quick and easy
