  Used Skimium many years now. Excellent service both prior to making reservation and when in resort. Friendly staff, always happy to help. Nothing is too much trouble. In fact we still used them for our ski hire this year even though they were not our closest hire shop.

  There was an “on-line glitch” to quote one of your colleagues. Our order was incorrectly processed by you, which caused confusion at the store in Flaine. We order five sets of skis, boots and helmets, three adult, two children. My wife’s order was missing.

  Easy to book on the internet and helpful staff when I contacted them about opening hours for collection. We were able to collect the skis the day before skiing so we were ready to go at 9am the next day. Perfect. Good condition of skis, snowboard and boots, everyone in our party was happy with the equipment and better than the previous ski hire we had used in Flaine. Will definately use this company again if we are back in Flaine.

  The La Daille shop was conveniently close to our chalet, the assistants were friendly and helpful and the quality of the gear was excellent. Would definitely use them again. Prices were competitive as well.

  Too many faults with equipment for my liking, and the response to it... 'it just happens' My nephew had his board straps broken on 3 occasions... response these things happen. My son boots leaked water from the front. First pair both, and the second in one. Guess the response. I hire equipment for decades. Such concentration of faults didn't happen so far.

  Relatively easy but found it difficult to get the date right. It may be as I was using a mobile but I’ve used Skimium a few times and it’s always been tricky. The actual process of booking equipment was very good and the shop staff were excellent as always. Thanks!

  The store didnt have the right sizes. And only old boots, i only used the rental for 1 day. Returned on the end of the same day, i have send a e-mail for possíble refund of part of the rental. Didn’t have any return

  The guys in the shop were very helpful and friendly and the quality of the hire equipment was very good. New, unused ski's and very comfortable boots. Tried a few pairs on to get the right fit which was no trouble to the staff.

  Everyone is so friendly and helpful! We are two families with young children and the staffs have been very patient with us. We stored our ski and boards in the shop over night which helped us with logistics tremendously. I can’t thank the team in the shop enough!
