  The store wasn't busy at all, but the Service was basically "here it is. Goodbye!" When I asked for lighter shoes the answer was "Ski boots are heavy". When my friend asked for larger shoes, they said "Ski boots are supposed to be uncomfortable.". I also got the he cheaper set, even though I payed for the more expensive one to have more choice, but the man in the store just had no motivation to talk to me about any options. Equipment was OK, but due to service I won't come back or recommend.

  Staff are professional. We arrived an hour before they close to pick up our gears and there were no wait. Return right after we finished our last day of skiing didn't take long too.

  It was a great experience, with friendly staff, suitable materials, and decent prices; this second time, we rented our gear there. The parking behind the shop made picking up and dropping back gear super convenient. It's a super smooth process. The online process is intuitive and self-explanatory.

  I never normally reply to the surveys, but the team were absolutely brilliant. My kids even commented as we left the shop how nice the guys n gals were. They were totally relaxed when we discovered we had underordered by one helmet.Made a great start to our holiday.

  The prices are not very clear. They offer some discount prices that are not applied when going through their computer system and at the end when we pay we don’t have any detail of what we have paid for.

  It would be helpful if the pin on Google maps for Skimium Altiport store was in the correct location. We walked half way down the road before realising the shop was right next door to our accomodation.

  I selected Skimium because of the skis they showed online to rent. However, having paid for the most expensive package, when I got to the store none of the skis online were available and I was presented with one pair of skis with no choice. In the UK I don’t doubt this would have broken the law for misleading the consumer. Whilst the staff were very helpful, and very friendly, I will not use skimium again.

  Unfriendly lacklustre customer service. My son was given the wrong size boots despite them measuring his feet. I was given kids boots which were agony. Skis were the wrong size and were not good. This was the Skiset in Kalinda in Tignes Les Boisses. I would Highly recommend ski precision ski in Tignes Lavachet. Great service and equipment.

  I paid €200 for the best ski and boot package. Although the boots were very good, the skiis were clearly several years ol and damaged. They were good to ski on but probably the same skis I would have got had I paid for the cheapest package. Hire was significantly cheaper at other shops too.

  OH-SHOP: Average equipment, definitely not top quality, low value for money. Shop too cramped with little space to manoeuvre, not ideal when everyone comes in at once. Very little seating available. Staff give preference to their own countrymen, and do not appear to like foreigners much, despite our best effort to be easygoing. I do not agree with being made to feel as if I am the one doing them a favour. Won’t be returning.

  We rent our ski equipment from Skimium every year when we visit La Rosiere. Flo and the team are excellent, and always provide a friendly and efficient service with great value. The store has a great range of up to date equipment and a superb range of accessories. The shop is ideally located a very short distance from La Rosiere 1850 chair and drag. We couldn't recommend more highly.
