  Helped with the return of my hire skis that were taken off the slopes outside L'Ouillette Restaurant. Terrible experience that wasted an afternoon skiing. Thankfully, I had taken out ski insurance but it still mired my holiday. The hire skis were reasonable but were delaminating and so it seemed peculiar that they were taken. The service in the ski shop was excellent. I even had my own skis serviced there.

  I've been going here for well over a decade, always good kit, always easy to deal with. Also based right at the bottom of the lifts for the start of the day and directly opposite the Irish pub for the end of the day. Not certain they ever close... have always been able to return my skis at the end of the day even after some late returns after trips across to Avoriaz.

  We rented a snowboard for a day but choice was limited and staff in first shop that we went to (Altiloc 2300) wasn't very helpful and knew little about snowboards. We then went to Peclet shop and staff there was great and we managed to change the board for one that better suited us

  We hired skis only and the ski selection was to our expectations and the service was excellent. My own boots had a bent buckle and the guy there repaired it in 2mins with no fuss. Also one of the guys had a head bang and when dropping off his skis for storage at the end of the day was given a glass of water and shown concern. The guy on the ski hire was a lovely guy and will definitely go back again. We used this same hire store last year too.

  Paid for the top ski package, skis and boots were outdated, poor condition. Offered alternative pair that were the wrong length and not suitable for 'all conditions' as advertised.

  I ordered the 2nd highest skis but when I arrived i asked to upgrade further and they told me I already had the best skis. The equipment was average at best, quite old. I use skimium all the time and have usualy had great experiences, particularly in Val thorens, but this particular shop wasnt up to standard

  First time renting equipment anywhere as I usually travel with my own skis. Loved the Salomon all terrain skis i rented. May end up buying a pair when I return home. Currently ski on. blizzard Black Pearl.

  We have used many ski rental shops in Val d’Isere over the years.This was our best experience yet . The staff at Snowberry Slopeside really made an effort to make sure the skis we rented were exactly what we needed for our level of skiing .We were dealt with as soon as we walked through the door , for pick up and drop off. I walked away from the shop thinking that if I’d been a nervous first time skier / boarder I’d be filled with the confidence that I’d been given the best equipment for my needs .

  Not much to say except that this was very easy and straight forward, came in got my ski rental gear straight away with no fuss, gear was in excellent condition and had no issues at all with it. Dropping off the equipment at the end was equally as straight forward. Would highly recommend using this store for ski rentals.

  I reserved two sets of skis with ski boots. When we arrived to pick up the equipment, everything was prepared, but the ski boots didn't fit. We requested and received replacements. I was lucky and got newer ski boots that fit perfectly, but the skis were longer than they should have been. However, my son didn’t get suitable ski boots or skis.

  Superb service! The guys here couldn't do enough. They adjusted my friends boots to help him wear them tighter. The skis were a new all mountain model for this season and they really were excellent and maintained perfectly! A dream to ski! Also after you've returned your skis after a long day you can nip upstairs and enjoy a drink in the warm and welcoming café. Action is a real throwback to an old school Swiss army knife of a ski shop! I will definitely be returning here next time I visit Morzine. Cheers guys, Jon

  The ship is very conveniently placed and the staff are friendly and helpful. It can be a quite crowded at busy times. I did not receive the special offer so tie I requested and ordered because they were not available. This did not affect my skinning pleasure much although I think if they were available they would have been newer and would orally have performed a bit better. No big deal but why make the offer if it cannot be delivered?

  Unfortunately the place we rented from via Skimiim (Ski Salon Olang) was not familiar with how to handle Skimium. Especially they kept us waiting 20 minutes without progress on hiring and then asked us to renter and register as new customers on their system. We booked the upmarket Emotion package but I felt we got standard skis only, despite asking about this

  Upon returning the equipment into was alleged that the ski I used were broken beyond repair. I am a very cautious skier and did not know whether the skis were damaged or if they had been damaged when I had originally picked them up. The staff at the store were aggresive and intimidating when returning the equipment.

  Well maintained ski's, very friendly staff and nice small shop. No queues at all when we were there and conveniently located close to our hotel and the ski slopes. The only comment is on the booking process. I booked about 6 months early thinking that would give me the best price. When I checked again about 4 months later there was an Halloween discount which significantly reduced the price. I therefore cancelled the previous order and rebooked with that Halloween discount. So it all worked out well, but it just would have been a bit nicer to be rewarded for booking early instead of being charged more.. I would definitely go back to the same shop in the future. btw I saw 2 clients asking to swap ski's (carving vs all mountain) and the staff was helpful and did so without any issues.
