    Only downside was my online request was for a specific kind of ski, and that ski was not available/provided on my first day (too soft/skinny for the conditions). However, the team was incredibly helpful, and when I brought my skis back in the next day to trade in for a stiffer/wider ski, they accommodated me quickly and easily. The delivery service to the hotel was amazing as well. Really enjoyed the experience.

    the ski edges are poorly sharpened, no one was interested in the length of the skis that I prefer, instead they gave me soft crap 10 cm shorter than I like.

    Was given a pretty poor ski to use by it appeared a fairly disinterested guy, I got the feeling he took one look at me and palmed me off with some old rubbish, he didn't even ask my weight. After 2 days I swapped the skis a different person served me with a much better attitude and the skis were great
