Verified reviewElpro had partnership with our hotel so provided transport from hotel to the hire shop and back again. Great! Then changed my skis on day one to a pair that suited me better. Also great! Then picked our skis up from hotel at the end. Easy!

Verified reviewWe pre-ordered but they didn’t have the right skis/snowboard available. We were told we could go to another store initially rather than them fix the problem then. We paid for top package but got skis that were well worn and likely a couple of seasons old. The snowboard binding came away from board.
