Upon returning the equipment into was alleged that the ski I used were broken beyond repair. I am a very cautious skier and did not know whether the skis were damaged or if they had been damaged when I had originally picked them up. The staff at the store were aggresive and intimidating when returning the equipment.

Such friendly service, the team was so helpful in providing advice and changing my boots halfway through the week and even not laughing when my boots froze after being stored in the car and I couldn't get them on!

The store wasn't busy at all, but the Service was basically "here it is. Goodbye!" When I asked for lighter shoes the answer was "Ski boots are heavy". When my friend asked for larger shoes, they said "Ski boots are supposed to be uncomfortable.". I also got the he cheaper set, even though I payed for the more expensive one to have more choice, but the man in the store just had no motivation to talk to me about any options. Equipment was OK, but due to service I won't come back or recommend.

After checking, we note that he did not return during the week to change his boots or skis, even once, during the entire stay (7 days). Furthermore, a review of this reservation shows that you benefited from an “experience” package including new skis and new boots for both rental packages. As indicated in our first response, we feel that you do not fully appreciate the impact of your comments. These comments, combined with what we consider to be a bad faith assessment, damage our reputation and that of our independent business. We are, of course, always attentive to customer feedback and constantly strive to improve.
