Verified reviewAttended the shop at about 2pm on a Saturday and we were the only customers. Granted the shop is not in the centre of the busiest part of La Plagne but in the quieter Plagnes Villages but that is why we chose it - saved time in the long run.

Verified reviewDespite ordering a month in advance when we got to the store 3 of the 4 adults could not get the right sized all mountain skis. We did get them the next day but their was no choice. We paid for the emotion pack which cost SF160. I hire skis at leastv 4 times a year and for this price you get skis that are maybe 2 years old and with a selection. We got Black Crow Vertis skis which frankly were old and beaten up.

Verified reviewAs per my review on Google, me and my group received excellent service from Skimium - ACTION SPORT. We booked 10 sets of skis on the Skimium website ahead of our trip to Morzine in March. We arrived to collect the skis at 18:30 on Sunday evening (30 minutes before closing). The Skimium staff provided great service and were extremely efficient. Our group was attended to by three staff members within minutes of arriving. The equipment and boots were in good condition and served us well for the week of our stay. One of our group required a boot change midweek due to a sizing issues. This was done without any issues or charge. Would recommend and use again.

Verified reviewAs we were flying from South Africa and arriving late afternoon on the Friday, we made an email request to collect our equipment that afternoon. The shop responded favourably but when we went to the shop we were told that we couldn't and that all the equipment had to be dried out from the previous weeks rentals. In the morning a large group had arrived just before us at the shop and we were caught up in a long queue, which is exactly what we were trying to avoid. The equipment we were given had definitely seen better days and was pretty battered and worn. Having said that the staff were very receptive to changing the worn boots and helmet a few days in to our 10 day rental. Overriding feeling was that it was a long way to come to be given second grade equipment.
