Verified reviewWe went to the shop at the bottom of the mountain where we were supposed to go to collect our equipment. We were greeted with a huge school trip, at 9am, and was told we’d be better off going up the mountain to the sister shop. We did this and after a long queue into this shop we were charged again for warranty and theft protection despite me explaining that I had already paid for this online but was told it wouldn’t count as it was through Skimium not their shop. We didn’t get on the slopes till 10:30am after all this.

Verified reviewTurned up and initially told I was in the wrong store. Went outside and walked in through a different door and saw the same lady that agreed I was in the correct place once she saw my booking reservation. Skis looked very poor quality and condition with much wear and tear. Not what I would expect for the top but one of your range. The original skis that were in the rack with my name were way too long despite giving correct information on the online reservation. Disappointing.

You can store the equipment there every day and pick it up the next morning. The whole process was really easy and quick, including the boking itself. I'd highly recommend this place.
