This was not a problem at all when they re-visited the hire shop and they were promptly given alternative equipment. Verified reviewWe picked up our gear at peak time on a Saturday evening, so had to wait quite a while and it wasn't certain that they would have the right size helmets for us. But the staff in the shop were lovely and very calm and cheerful in spite of the queues, which made it a much more bearable experience. Merci beaucoup!

Verified reviewLes ski étaient en bon état mais les fixations vieillissantes. Les fixations arrières ne tenait pas bien, malgré un reglage au poids, je pouvais enlever mon ski a l'arrêt en tapant a plat sur l'avant du ski. J'ai pris une mauvaise chute à cause de cela et me suis blessé.
