Verified reviewMy daughter has a very difficult size for her feet and first ski boots we rented were too narrow. We had to go back to Penz to try to change them. It was nothing too much for the staff at Skimium! They were very patients and gave my daughter a variety of boots to try until she found the best size ones. We are very pleased with our experience at Pierre Penz in Hameau du Lay, we keep on coming back every year and will deffinetely return in the future. Strongly recommended.

Verified reviewReally helpful, no problem in changing our boots when needed. Also bought a couple of spoon sledges as only 4 euros. The store is about 50 metres off the Aollets button lift run. We were staying at Odalys on the Ecartee run so opted to drive up to the shop for ease. They were open all day as it was the holidays which allowed us to drop our equipment at lunchtime on our last day.

Verified reviewWe have used the SKIMIUM shop in La Rosiere many times before and always go back. The store provides excellent equipment and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The staff seem to bend over backwards to help with their customers needs and we found returning equipment on one of their busiest end of weeks really easy with only a short queue. They have a returns system which seems to work well.

Verified reviewWell organised and good systems in place. Very nice staff. Everything was ready for us when we arrived so it was quicker than other ski hire shops we have used. Equipment was a high standard. Good storage systems, with numbered allocated boot storage. Plenty of space to put in boots etc.
