Verified reviewExcellent experience. We were quickly served upon entry and also seen by the Chamonix Ski Minimum team, despite booking our skis for L'Aguillie Ski Minimum. Our group hired expert skis, intermediate skis, beginner skis, boots, and helmets. All were excellent quality and led to a great ski week. I couldn't have asked for better equipment. I have come to Sanglard (Chamonix Ski Minimum) for several years and there is a reason I always go back. Everyone also spoke perfect English, which helped with our very poor French. Easy to book and had some great discounts with groups. 10/10.

I reserved and paid premium pack but they gave me the basic ski with size 154cm which was not my request and they said we have just this and 168cm if you don’t want it’s your issue! I mentioned in voucher I need 160cm or maximum 165cm but they don’t care ! Their manner with customer was really in bad way! (We have just this two ski if you don’t want doesn’t matter)

Verified reviewVery easy, good discounts. Felt like value for money. However, the quality of the equipment when I picked it up was very poor. The skis were battered and had large flakes of fibreglass missing. One of the poles was bent. The boots were extremely uncomfortable and the worst I have ever hired.

Verified reviewI had paid for the ski insurance. Unfortunately a ski did break on holiday and even though I was insured, charged 450€ and told to claim back from Skimium. Skimium say the shop shouldn't have charged me and to seek a refund from them. Customer service is hopeless and both companies saying the other should pay out. Neither company taking responsibility or helping to resolve the issue, with no thought for the customer.
