Very easy to get our equipment and the staff were super helpful and friendly to help my whole family get the correct sizes and help us put the equipment on as well to ensure it was tightened correctly and sized correctly.

Avoriaz sports store were amazing. Couldn't have been more welcoming, helpful and efficient. I would recommend them to everyone. Never met such friendly ski hire staff. Also significantly cheaper than other stores (with online and decathlon discount). Thank you so much.

It was simple to do and I had no issues. I think the only downside was a limited selection of skis at the store in Zermatt if an upgrade was chosen.

Setting the dates is a bit frustrating, perhaps it doesn’t work so well with certain phones/browsers. It’s clear if you can collect skis on the day before the first day of skiing.
