Verified reviewI paid for the top tier package. The Skimium website lists 2 snowboard models in this category: "Nitro team" and "Burton Custom" When I arrived, the board they intended to give me was a Solomon Wildcard, which is a beginner board and no where close to what was shown on the website. They insisted that this is the board they have and that the models shown on the website have no meaning. After much waiting while one of the staff went to other shops to see if they have boards of a higher level, I ended up receiving a Burton Radius board, which is still not close to the same level as what's listed on the website... This experience was terrible and I will most certainly not rent from Skimium again. If you show specific board models on your website, make damn sure its what you actually supply people, or at least something of similar specs.. Supplying a beginner board instead of an expert board is unacceptable.

Hello Sapir and thank you. All our equipment shown on our website is not specifically the one you will have once in the shop. Actullay when booking on www.skimium.com you book a ski category, not a specific model. The shop may not have the borad you'd like but as we did, we do our best for our customers to have the equipment they'd like. On snowboards, this is so specifica, we can't have unfortunately all the boards and we're very sorry about that.
