Verified reviewI received an excellent service. My hired skis were accidentally picked up by a fellow skier and hers were left behind. The ski higher staff could not have been more helpful. They gave me another pair of fantastic skis immediately so that I didn’t miss any time on the slopes and then called me to tell me that my original skis had been returned to them and gave me the option of returning to change the skis back. I was quite a distance away and delighted with the replacement skis so I didn’t take them up on this offer, but it was a relief to be told that my original skis had been returned and I appreciated receiving the call. Highly recommend this ski hire shop.
