  The guys at Skiloc 2300 in Val Thorens were so helpful, making our whole experience a pleasure. They were fast, and handled the kids really well and I would happily recommend Skimium to anyone visiting Val Thorens. Thank you so much!

  Honestly absolutely no complaints at all. Staff were all really friendly, the handover was really simple and when handing back the skis, staff were really nice, asked about my time skiing, etc. Would definitely return and will recommend Skimium going forward!

  My boots gave me blisters by day 2 There was no point in returning and changing the boots as I already had blisters and new boots wouldn’t change that My ski lesson instructor advised me that I was given the wrong size boots on day 3 when he found out how severe the blisters were across my ankles Being given a poorly fit boot affected my trip

  The Skimium shop in Serre Chevalier was by far the friendliest and most accommodating we have ever experienced. Thibaut and Matthew were excellent. We were able to collect our equipment the afternoon before so as not to miss any time on the slopes. After day one, a couple of us felt our edges were not digging in enough and so were sharpened up for the next day. Great to store our boots and skis overnight with it all ready and waiting the day after. On return from the slopes we felt like VIPs with our shoes ready and waiting. I cannot recommend highly enough. For context I have been skiing since 1984 and had some great service but this was the best.

  Not at all! I reserved and paid premium pack but they gave me the basic ski with size 154cm which was not my request and they said we have just this and 168cm if you don’t want it’s your issue! I mentioned in voucher I need 160cm or maximum 165cm but they don’t care ! Their manner with customer was really in bad way! (We have just this two ski if you don’t want doesn’t matter)

  Excellent experience. We were quickly served upon entry and also seen by the Chamonix Ski Minimum team, despite booking our skis for L'Aguillie Ski Minimum. Our group hired expert skis, intermediate skis, beginner skis, boots, and helmets. All were excellent quality and led to a great ski week. I couldn't have asked for better equipment. I have come to Sanglard (Chamonix Ski Minimum) for several years and there is a reason I always go back. Everyone also spoke perfect English, which helped with our very poor French. Easy to book and had some great discounts with groups. 10/10.

  I had paid for the ski insurance. Unfortunately a ski did break on holiday and even though I was insured, charged 450€ and told to claim back from Skimium. Skimium say the shop shouldn't have charged me and to seek a refund from them. Customer service is hopeless and both companies saying the other should pay out. Neither company taking responsibility or helping to resolve the issue, with no thought for the customer.

  Very easy, good discounts. Felt like value for money. However, the quality of the equipment when I picked it up was very poor. The skis were battered and had large flakes of fibreglass missing. One of the poles was bent. The boots were extremely uncomfortable and the worst I have ever hired.

  Excellent. The team in the ski hire shop are all first class and very customer focussed to get the right fit. The manager Anthony is a font of ski boot knowledge and very helpful.

  We had excellent service from the staff in the Skimium shop in Les Arcs 1800 (Charvet) who were super helpful during our stay last week. My wife had difficulty finding ski shoes that fitted her comfortably and the team contacted another store in the resort to bring over other boots that fitted perfectly. We stored our equipment in the store each night as the ski-in/ski-out from our apartment was too difficult for some of my family and the boots were always warm and ready for us every morning.

  I was dissapointed with the quality of the equipment provided. I chose skimium as I was the director of textiles for decathlon in Villeneuve D'Ascq and have a strong loyalty to Decathlon, but the quality of the equipment provided was poor.

  I believe that I was overcharged for my booking. I followed this up with an email but have not had any response. My email -I believe that I have been over charged for this booking and would ask that you consider this and reply as soon as possible please. The advertised price for the Emotion pack with ski boots was 146.96 euros and I ordered 4 of these. The advertised price for the Experience ski was 146.68 euros and I ordered 2 of these. see image 1795 attached The total therefore should be 146.96 x 4 and 146.68 x 2 = 881.20 + 72.00 Guarantee = 953.20 Less discounts ( Decathalon 5%, FEV5 5% and 4+packs 5%) 953.20 x 15% = 142.98 953.20 - 124.98 = 810.22 + booking fee 6.00 = 816.22 euros The actual charge was 866.46 so an additional 50.24 euros has been added and I am requesting that this is refunded if possible please. see image 1797 - It is not clear how the total price has been calculated Interestingly when I added the items to the basket the price changed from 146.96 to 166.70 euros and 146.96 changed to 166.40 euros - can you explain this please see image 1796 It is very difficult from the prices stated on the website as image 1795 to work out how your total price has been calculated?   Easy to use website, Friendly shop staff & top level equipment also allowed to swap skis as the first ones offered did not suit my partner but the shop staff were quick to offer up a more suitable pair. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely use again.

  What a friendly, kind team. My family were in and out super quickly, all the equipment was virtually new and in amazing condition and their foot Scanning machine gave me the most comfortable Ski boots I’ve ever worn. Would recommend highly.
