  Superb quick service. The young guy who served me was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Excellent brand new top rated skis were ready and waiting. I could have changed to another top rated ski without charge. Price was good value. Will definitely use again.

  Generally very good. Helpful friendly staff who speak good English. I did have one equipment failure incident with the skies I rented, which may well have been a one off. One ski rear binding became detacted from the ski after an unremarkable fall. The screws holding it on had insufficient glue apparently. But after the incident I returned the skies and was issued with excellent replacements and no extra charges. No further problems.

  Pretty disinterested staff. Tried to add €30 charge to pick up skis from hotel who have agreement with them to pick up. Claimed we hadn’t booked through hotel even though had used the link the hotel sent. Skis were also used and battered, kept all the new ones back, even though beginning of season. Thoroughly dishonest.

  Best ski hire shop. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with one ski and they quickly resolved and even gave me better skis. We didn't feel judged for being beginners and the boots were best I've worn.

  First class service and advice. Philip was welcoming, and friendly, Pou listened patiently and provided the right ski for the customer. The Val d'Isere shop had a better ski selection than your shop in La Tania.

  What a disgrace i spent so much time filling in their pre order form,arrived at the shop and to collect a pair of mens superior mountain ski's, there was a choice of 1 or 1 ,not fully suitable for what i ordered,the technician really wasn't interested,he reluctantly agreed to change them if i wasn't happy, The following day, i did ,the skis were awful in the spring snow,another technician was on duty when i returned them ,this time he had another ski ,(only 1 more chioce) which he recommended,,itried these out and they were a big improvement, but they were still narrower that i would have liked(80 cm), I should have asked for my money back or made a chrge back on my credit card Use this shop only if you are a beginner

  We’ve rented from Top Ski a number of times, and the service and advice is always great excellent. They are attentive and caring, as well as flexible. We also use them for servicing. I strongly recommend them, and will be a return customer.

  The service in Cyrils Ski Hire Alpe d'Huez was very good. I changed My Boots, Skis and Poles during our weeks stay and they were always happy to help

  Excellent customer service by a very friendly and welcoming lady who served us. I needed to add a helmet which was no trouble. She took the time to find the right skis for us all and was very good with the children. The price was also very competitive and we walked straight in without queuing, both when we collected and dropped off our equipment. Would highly recommend and use this shop in the future.

  The staff were friendly, but the equipment was quite old and damaged (2 of 4 helmets, 2 out of 4 sets of skis) and the staff did not take much care in fitting the correct boot sizes. In fact at least one of our group was given boots 1.5 sizes too big that caused problems and pain all week. So not the best ski hire we have had. I would not use them again.

  Mostly great, but my daughter was given skis that were quite a bit too big for her. She needed to try different boots after a couple of days and this change was v easy and the shorter skis when we realised worked great.

  Staff friendly, however when we’ve hired from her previously they had scales to weigh people so they knew how heavy they were for skis but not this time and I wasn’t sure of exact weight of my children. Bring back the scales!

  Have used this store before hence returned. No one else in store so quick and easy service. Boots and skis for younger child were more than adequate. Needed a boot change for older child as he was getting blisters. Replacement boots better but many seasons old…the heels had been walked through to the boot itself. Service was fine, but apparatus old and tired. This shop sells excellent high level gear…shame rental skis and boots not to the same standards
