Verified reviewWent for kids snowboards, process was rushed as store was busy. Bindings broke on day 3 as quite poor quality. Easily switched out board when took back to shop, customer service was good in that regard. Ended up actually hiring boards from a more snowboard specific store, as bindings stopped working again on switched out board.
